Maintenance plans include the repair of issues caused by existing plugins and features. Any work required to remedy an issue caused by client error, addition of plugins not originally added, and any other non-maintenance work (adding new plugins/features) will be billed at $60/hr (15 minutes increments). Hosting-only clients will have any hosting issues covered; maintenance work will be billed separately.
Emergency level tickets will always be handled first. Other tickets will be given support asap in order of urgency. Please click the button to view examples of issues within each level.
