Here are my most frequently asked questions about branding and web design projects.  If you don’t see your question answered, contact me and I’ll add it to this growing  list of questions.

Yes, I require a $120, non-refundable, deposit to hold your spot.

I always try to keep the top bar of my website up to date, but sometimes I book out quickly and don’t get a chance to update it before I get another inquiry. On average, I stay booked out anywhere from 3-6 months.

I will try to accommodate scheduling add-ons, but it really depends on my schedule. Sometimes it will require planning a future date to work it in.

We will go through as many rounds as it takes. I don’t like limiting revisions because I want you to love your designs. On average, I go through about 4 rounds for branding. For a website, it’s a more extensive process because so many moving parts, pages, and templates are involved.

Yes, I have a pretty standard contract that I require all of my clients to sign at booking. Keeps both you and I protected. 🙂

That really depends on the scope of the project. Branding projects typically take a minimum of 2 weeks. Web design projects take a minimum of 4 weeks. I’ll give you a timeline in the proposal!

I accept major credit cards and PayPal.

I require a $120, non-refundable deposit to book.
50% of the total is due the Friday before your start date.
50% is due at launch/deliverables.

Absolutely!  At the end of each project I record a video walkthrough to show you everything you need to know!  These videos are typically about 60 minutes.  Most clients also sign up for a maintenance plan so they can take that off their plate. The maintenance plan allows you to focus on creating content and working IN your business, while I handle all the website tech stuff.
